During the years that Cheri Jahn was in the House she was always receptive to everyone, including people with disabilities. She listened to everyone and voted based on what was right. She sponsored legislation that was and remains the most important issue for many people with disabilities –the ability to control our own services. In Committee hearings she would listen to the citizens who came to testify –even when there were lobbyists in the hallway. Cheri Jahn has been one of the few true citizen legislators and would be a great asset to the Colorado Senate.
